About Me.... My name is Rebecca Muller, but most people call me Becky, and I answer to both. This will be my 25th year as a classroom teacher. My experience as an educator has been a very rewarding. There is so much I have learned, yet I still see myself as a learner and how far I have to go. My passion for technology has always been a constant. I was always one of those "early adopters". However, I have just recently harnessed this passion and connected it with drive and determination. There is so much more knowledge to gain and so much to share. I want to make a difference in many students lives and to reach more students, I will need to affect the lives of other educators. My vision of possibilities and opportunities within this new technology is endless. I am currently in my Masters of Educational Technology through Boise State University. I have created some amazing things to do with my 2nd graders. Last December, I became a Certified Google Teacher. This recognition has opened up more opportunities for me to share my passion and to learn from the very best educators.
My Family.... This summer my husband and I celebrated 20 years in our marriage. I still believe that he is the best decision I ever made. Three teenage boys, life and tons of activity have passed by very quickly. We are a family that loves sports and you will hear about my two high schoolers, Trey, a senior, and Kellen, a sophomore. I spend much of my free time watching them play football, basketball and baseball. My oldest, C.J., is currently taking classes at Front Range Community College and hope to get into the police academy program next fall. My life is very full and I have been very blessed with wonderful friends, family and the community I surround myself with (Tarver has been a tremendous blessing for me).
